CURRICULUM
AI as Accelerant
A custom-built curriculum for
the age of implementation
Not theory. Not inspiration.
Deployment.
Three delivery formats:
How this curriculum was built
Most AI curricula are built from the outside in.
Someone reads the research, synthesizes the frameworks, and packages them for an audience they've never sat across from. This one was built differently.
Luna began with one question: what does it actually take to deploy AI inside a real organization, and what breaks when you try? Over 150 consultations later, across architecture firms, nonprofits, small businesses, and professional associations, three failure modes emerged with striking consistency.
- Organizations got stuck in pilot purgatory, running experiments that never graduated into operations.
- They chose tools without an org model to govern them.
- And they started in the wrong place, automating complex, high-judgment work before they had automated anything at all.
Those findings went back into the field. Luna Lake runs on the same technology this curriculum teaches, not as a demo but as the actual operating model of a working business. Every framework in the intensive, including the diagnostic methodology, the three org models drawn from MIT xPRO AI Strategy research (Hub and Spoke, Centralized, and Center of Excellence), and the sequenced agent-build process grounded in Thomas Malone's Superminds research at the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence, was tested against real workflows before it ever reached a workshop table. The result is a curriculum built to be deployed, not just learned.
What every delivery has in common
Whether you're training a corporate staff of fifty or building alongside a small public cohort, the methodology doesn't change. The diagnosis, the build sequence, and the 90-day deployment roadmap are the same. What changes is the room.
You need a place to start. So we
Diagnose
Where is admin friction costing time and revenue? Which org model fits?
Every engagement starts with an honest inventory. Where are repetitive tasks absorbing the hours that should go to strategy, relationships, and creative work? We map the friction, then select the AI execution model that matches your organization's size, culture, and risk tolerance: Hub and Spoke, Centralized, or Center of Excellence.
Now that we know the challenge, we begin to
Build
Chief of Staff agent first, supporting agents second, live tests third.
We build in sequence because sequence is what makes the difference between a working system and an abandoned one. Your Chief of Staff agent is the connective tissue that routes work, surfaces priorities, and keeps your second brain current. Supporting agents come next, each trained on a specific workflow. Every build is tested against your real processes before the session ends.
After a comfort level is reached with the test task, you
Deploy
90-day roadmap, real workflows, no IT handoff required.
You leave with a functioning agentic team, not a prototype to hand to someone else. The 90-day roadmap is specific to your business, sized to your capacity, and explained well enough for you to run it without us. What's discussed in this room stays here. No recordings sold publicly. No case studies without your consent.
Three ways to experience it
The curriculum runs across three formats, each built for a different context and scale. Choose the one that fits how you work and who you work with.

Half-day to multi-day engagement
A Cohesive Team
Private Corporate
Train your entire staff together in a confidential setting, from front desk to leadership. No competitors in the room. Custom scope and extended curriculum options available. Starting at $5,000 per day.

Full-day intensive with quarterly meet-ups
Individuals and Small Organizations
Public Cohort
A small room, by design. This is the same confidential environment organizations pay $5,000 to access privately, with a small cohort learning alongside each other. Morning intro: $35. Full day starting at $250. Cohorts currently forming across the Mid-South.

Single session to multi-day
Nonprofits and Faith Communities
Strategic Planning
Built for leaders running complex organizations on minimal staff. Nonprofits and faith communities get a dedicated scope focused on mission capacity. AI handles the administrative weight so the human work, the relationships, the advocacy, the community presence, stays exactly where it belongs.
- Fourth-year presenter on AI at national professional conferences.
- Ten consecutive years speaking at the American Institute of Architects National convenings.
- Eight exemplary citations from MIT xPRO AI certificate programs.
- Over thirty years of marketing expertise and entrepreneurism.
- Hundreds of consultations, individuals to corporations.
